Cilantro Lime Salsa

Ingredients
  Onion 1 Small, finely chopped
  Chopped fresh cilantro 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped parsley 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salad oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lime juice 6 Tablespoon
  White distilled vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced or pressed
  Jalapeno/Other small hot chili 1 , stemmed, seeded, and minced
Directions

Mix onion, cilantro, parsley, oil, lime juice, vinegar, garlic, and chile in a nonmetallic bowl.
If made ahead, cover and refrigerate until next day.
