Turkey Tortillas

  Onion 1 , chopped
  Fat free chicken broth 2 Tablespoon
  Canned stewed tomatoes 15 Ounce (1 Can, Del Monte Mexican Style)
  Oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed
  Shredded turkey meat 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), cooked and skinned (White)
  Canned chopped green chiles 4 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Flour tortillas 6
  Red wine vinegar 2 Teaspoon
  Non fat cheddar cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)

In a large skillet, cook onion in 1 Tbs.chicken broth until tender.
Drain tomatoes, reserving liquid.
Add liquid and oregano to skillet; cover and cook on high 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in turkey and green chiles; remove from heat.
Spoon mixture onto each tortilla and sprinkle a little grated cheese on top.
Roll up the tortillas.
Add remaining 1 Tbs.chicken broth to the skillet and lightly brown roll-ups.
Chop tomatoes and combine with vinegar.
Pour over roll-ups.
Cover and cook over low heat 3-4 more minutes.
