|Fat free chicken broth||2 Tablespoon|
|Canned stewed tomatoes||15 Ounce (1 Can, Del Monte Mexican Style)|
|Oregano||1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed|
|Shredded turkey meat||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), cooked and skinned (White)|
|Canned chopped green chiles||4 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Red wine vinegar||2 Teaspoon|
|Non fat cheddar cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
In a large skillet, cook onion in 1 Tbs.chicken broth until tender.
Drain tomatoes, reserving liquid.
Add liquid and oregano to skillet; cover and cook on high 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in turkey and green chiles; remove from heat.
Spoon mixture onto each tortilla and sprinkle a little grated cheese on top.
Roll up the tortillas.
Add remaining 1 Tbs.chicken broth to the skillet and lightly brown roll-ups.
Chop tomatoes and combine with vinegar.
Pour over roll-ups.
Cover and cook over low heat 3-4 more minutes.
