|Lemon juice concentrate||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Vegetable oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), finely chopped|
|Beef instant bouillon||2 Teaspoon|
|Beef top round steak||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|6 inch flour tortillas||10 , warmed|
In shallow dish or plastic bag, combine brand, oil, garlic and bouillon; add meat.
Cover; marinate in refrigerator 6 hours or overnight.
Remove meat from marinade; grill or broil as desired, basting frequently with marinade.
Slice meat diagonally into thin strips; place on tortillas.
Top with one or more garnishes; fold tortillas.
