Tomato And Jalapeno Pepper Salsa

Ingredients
  Tomatoes 1 Kilogram
  Onions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped fine
  Garlic 1 Tablespoon, chopped fine
  Jalapeno peppers in vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Green chilies 10 , soaked in vinegar
Directions

Blanch, skin and chop the tomatoes.
Cook on a low fire with the onion, garlic, salt and sugar until thick.
Add the green chillies while the salsa is still hot.
Remove from the gas.
Cool.
Add chopped jalapenos.
