Mexican Chocolate

  Semi-sweet chocolate square 2 1⁄4 Ounce (1 1/2 Squares, 1 1/2 Ounce Each)
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground nutmeg 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Milk 1 Quart
  Marshmallows 4 Large
  Almond extract 1⁄4 Teaspoon

In 2-quart pitcher or bowl, combine chocolate, water, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt.
Cook, uncovered, 4 minutes or until mixture has boiled 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in milk and Cook, uncovered, 6 minutes or until hot.
Add marshmallows and the remaining ingredients, cook until melted.
Serve topped with whipped cream.
