Easy Salsa Verde

Ingredients
  Olive oil 4 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic cloves 1 Small, finely chopped
  Anchovy fillets 3 , very finely chopped
  Capers 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon (Leveled), drained and chopped (2 Level Dessertspoons)
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste
Directions

Combine all the ingredients and beat until the dressing thickens slightly and forms an emulsion.
