Fagiolini Al Burro
|Green beans||1 Pound, sliced|
|Olive oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), finely chopped|
Cook the beans in boiling, salted water until just tender.
Meanwhile, slowly heat the butter, oil and garlic in a frying pan.
Drain the beans very thoroughly.
Add to the pan of butter mixture and heat through for about 5 minutes, turning frequently.
