Carne asada or grilled thin beef steak is such a great backyard grill food and can be eaten in hundreds of ways; everything tortillas, tacos, burritos to thick slices of grilled bread would be perfect. Chef John adds Spanish flavors to this Mexican classic by using dijon mustard, smoked paprika and Spanish sweet sherry vinegar to marinate the thin beef fillets that take no more than 4 minutes to cook on a hot charcoal grill!
