Mexican Corn Salad

Ingredients
  Frozen white corn 16 Ounce, thawed (1 Package, Shoepeg Variety)
  Chopped fresh cilantro 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Finely chopped red onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Fresh lime juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Minced seeded jalapeno pepper 1 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground cumin 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic/2 teaspoons bottled minced garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, toss well.
2.Cover and chill 8 to 24 hours. Stir well before serving.
