Chorizo And Cherry Tomatoes With Chopped Avocado And Warm Whole-Wheat Tortillas

  Avocados 3 Medium, peeled, pits removed, chopped
  Lime juice 3 Tablespoon
  Plain non-fat yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Green onions 3 , minced
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Red pepper flakes 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper white 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chorizo sausages 6 , each cut in 3 equal pieces
  Cherry tomatoes 12
  Whole wheat tortillas 6 Small
  Canola oil 4 Tablespoon (For Brushing Skewers And Grid)

Put avocado in a bowl and sprinkle with lime juice.
Toss avocado with remaining ingredients.
Adjust seasonings to taste.
Add avocado pits to bowl.Just before serving, discard avocado pits and toss mixture.
Thread chorizo and cherry tomatoes onto skewers.
Preheat the grill.
Set kabobs on grid over ashen coals.
Grill 10 minutes, turning skewers every 2 to 3 minutes.
While the chorizo is grilling, wrap tortillas in aluminum foil and warm on the grill.
