Mexican Hot Chocolate

Ingredients
  Chocolate square 1 1⁄2 (semi sweet)
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground nutmeg 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Milk 1 Quart
  Marshmallows 4 Large
  Almond extract 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

In 2-quart pitcher or bowl, combine chocolate, water, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt.
Cook uncovered, 4 minutes or until mixture has boiled 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in milk and cook uncovered, 6 minutes or until hot.
Add marshmallows and almond extract.
Beat with rotary beater until foamy.
Cook uncovered, 2 to 3 minutes or until hot.
