Spicy Pickled Okra

  White vinegar 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Kosher salt 2 Tablespoon
  White peppercorns 1 Teaspoon
  Coriander seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Fennel seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Cumin seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Fresh dill sprigs 4
  Jalapeno peppers 2 , halved lengthwise (Green / Red Colored)
  Okra pods 1 1⁄2 Pound (Small Size)

Combine vinegar and the next 7 ingredients (through cumin seeds) in a large saucepan, and bring to a boil.
Cook for 1 minute or until sugar and salt dissolve, stirring frequently.
Remove from heat; stir in fresh dill sprigs, jalapenos, and okra pods.
Cool completely, and pour mixture into an airtight container.
Cover and chill.
