Skillet Ham With Pineapple Ginger Salsa

|Extra lean low sodium ham slices||12 Ounce (4 Slices, 3 Ounce Each)|
|Chopped pineapple||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Use Fresh Ones)|
|Chopped red bell pepper||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Orange essence||4 Drop|
|Dried plums||4 , chopped|
|Pineapple juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Grated peeled ginger||1 Teaspoon (Fresh)|
1. Place a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat. Add ham and cook 1 to 2 minutes on each side or until thoroughly heated.
2. Combine pineapple and next 4 ingredients in a small bowl.
