Skillet Ham With Pineapple Ginger Salsa

Ingredients
  Cooking spray 1
  Extra lean low sodium ham slices 12 Ounce (4 Slices, 3 Ounce Each)
  Chopped pineapple 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Use Fresh Ones)
  Chopped red bell pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Orange essence 4 Drop
  Dried plums 4 , chopped
  Pineapple juice 2 Tablespoon
  Grated peeled ginger 1 Teaspoon (Fresh)
Directions

1. Place a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat. Add ham and cook 1 to 2 minutes on each side or until thoroughly heated.
2. Combine pineapple and next 4 ingredients in a small bowl.
