Mexican Casserole

Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Taco seasoning 1 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Envelope)
  Water 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Canned refried beans 16 Ounce (1 Can)
  Salsa 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  6 inch flour tortillas 6
  Frozen corn 2 Cup (32 tbs), thawed
  Shredded cheddar cheese 8 Ounce (2 Cups)
Directions

In a large skillet, cook the beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain.
Stir in taco seasoning and water.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce the heat; simmer, uncovered, for S minutes.
Meanwhile, in a microwave-safe bowl, combine the beans and salsa.
Cover and microwave for 1-2 minutes or until spreadable.
Place three flour tortillas in a greased round 2-1/2-qt. baking dish.
Layer with half of the beef, bean mixture, corn and cheese; repeat layers.
Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 40-45 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
Let stand for 5 minutes.
