Fresh Pineapple Salsa

Ingredients
  Diced tomato 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Diced pineapple 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)
  Peeled and diced cucumber 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Diced green onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Minced seeded jalapeno pepper 1
  Minced fresh cilantro 3 Tablespoon
  Red wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Vegetable oil 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine tomato, pineapple, cucumber, onion, jalapeno pepper, and cilantro in a large bowl; toss well.
Stir in vinegar and oil.
Let stand at room temperature 1 hour
