Fresh Pineapple Salsa

|Diced tomato||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Diced pineapple||1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)|
|Peeled and diced cucumber||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Diced green onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Minced seeded jalapeno pepper||1|
|Minced fresh cilantro||3 Tablespoon|
|Red wine vinegar||2 Tablespoon|
|Vegetable oil||1 Teaspoon|
Combine tomato, pineapple, cucumber, onion, jalapeno pepper, and cilantro in a large bowl; toss well.
Stir in vinegar and oil.
Let stand at room temperature 1 hour
