Black Bean Quesadilla Sandwiches

Ingredients
  Canned black beans 15 Ounce, rinsed, drained and mashed (1 Can)
  Canned chopped green chiles 4 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Chopped tomato 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh cilantro 1 Tablespoon
  Whole wheat tortillas 8 (6 Inch)
  Crumbled goat cheese 4 Ounce
  Chopped tomato 4 Teaspoon (1 Tablespoon Plus 1 Teaspoon)
  Chopped fresh cilantro 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine beans, green chiles, 2 tablespoons tomato, and 1 tablespoon cilantro; stir well.
Spread bean mixture evenly onto 4 tortillas.
Top each evenly with goat cheese.
Top with remaining tortillas.
Place sandwiches on an ungreased baking sheet.
Bake at 50° for 12 minutes or until cheese softens.
Top each sandwich with 1 teaspoon chopped tomato and 1/2 teaspoon lantro.
