Grilled Chicken With Corn And Sun Dried Tomato Salsa

Ingredients
  Cooked corn kernels 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (From About 1 Ear)
  Minced sun dried tomatoes in oil 2 Tablespoon, drained
  Thinly sliced scallion 2 Tablespoon
  Finely chopped red onion 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced and mashed to a paste with 1/4 teaspoon salt
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

In a bowl stir together the corn, the tomatoes, the scallion, the red onion, the garlic paste, the jalapeno, the lime juice, the vinegar, 2 tablespoons of the oil, the coriander, and salt and pepper to taste.
