Sausage & Salsa Rolls

Ingredients
  Cilantro salsa 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
  Sausages 10 Ounce (2 Pieces, 5 Ounce Each Polish / Linguisa)
  Crusty rolls 2 , split (Round, 5 Inches In Diameter)
  Coarse grain mustard 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Mayonnaise 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Prepare Cilantro Salsa and set aside.
Cut sausages into 3/8-inch-thick slanting slices.
Lay slices in a wide frying pan and cook over medium heat, turning once, until lightly browned on both sides.
Meanwhile, arrange rolls, cut sides up, on a baking sheet; broil about 4 inches below heat until toasted 3 to 5 minutes.
Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the salsa onto bottom half of each roll.
Place sausage slices on top and add a dollop of mustard.
If desired, spread roll tops with mayonnaise.
Offer remaining salsa to add to taste.
