Nachos For Dinner
|Salsa||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Canned fat free refried beans||16 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Baked tortilla chips||60 (Bite Sized)|
|Shredded reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese||4 Ounce (1 Cup)|
|Salsa||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped tomato||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Pickled jalapeno pepper slices||3 Tablespoon|
|Fat free sour cream||6 Tablespoon|
|Chopped fresh cilantro||2 Tablespoon|
1. Preheat oven to 350°.
2. Combine 1/3 cup salsa and beans in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at HIGH 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring after 1 minute.
3. Arrange chips on an ovenproof platter or baking sheet. Spoon bean mixture over chips, sprinkle cheese evenly over bean mixture. Bake at 350° for 5 minutes or until cheese melts
