Ingredients
  Finely chopped tomatillos 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (About 2 Medium)
  Cucumber 1⁄2 Medium, peeled, seeded, and chopped to make 1/2 cup
  Chopped cilantro leaves 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Celery stalks 1⁄2 Medium, finely chopped to make 1/4 cup
  Fresh lime juice 3 Tablespoon (About 2)
  Green onion 1 , thinly sliced to make 2 tablespoon
  Extra-virgin olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ripe avocado 1 , chopped
Directions

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl, tossing well.
