Speedy Black Bean N Cheese Burritos
|Green onions||2 Small, thinly sliced|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Vegetable oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Canned black beans||15 Ounce, drained, rinsed (1 Can)|
|Salsa||12 Ounce, divided (1 Jar)|
|Chili powder||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|

In large skillet, cook onions and garlic in oil 2 minutes.
