Avocados With Fresh Salsa

Ingredients
  Fresh jalapeno/Serrano chiles 3 Small, stemmed and finely chopped
  Chopped fresh cilantro 1 Tablespoon (Coriander)
  Green onion with tops 12 , chopped
  Firm ripe tomatoes 3 Large, peeled, cored, seeded, and chopped
  Red wine vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salad oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Ripe avocados 6 Small
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
Directions

In a small bowl, combine chiles, cilantro, onions, tomatoes, oil, and vinegar.
If made ahead, cover and refrigerate until next day.
Pit, peel, and quarter avocados; drizzle all over with lemon juice.
Set bowl of salsa in center of a large platter and arrange avocado wedges around it.
To eat, top avocados with salsa.
