Melt some butter in a frying pan and brown bread pieces slightly.
Melt remaining butter in a pan and fry onion and chillies; cook over low heat until soft and slightly browned.
Add cheese and continue stirring constantly, cooking until cheese melts slightly (2 minutes).
Add remaining ingredients and heat thoroughly.
