Mexican Rarebit

Ingredients
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Finely chopped green chilies 2 Tablespoon
  Finely chopped onion 1
  Cooked corn 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cooked tomatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Bread pieces 1 Cup (16 tbs) (1/4 Inch Cubes)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Grated cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Melt some butter in a frying pan and brown bread pieces slightly.
Melt remaining butter in a pan and fry onion and chillies; cook over low heat until soft and slightly browned.
Add cheese and continue stirring constantly, cooking until cheese melts slightly (2 minutes).
Add remaining ingredients and heat thoroughly.
