Tagliatelle Con Salsa Di Noci

Ingredients
  Tagliatelle 1 Pound (500 Grams)
  Butter 2 Ounce (4 Tablespoon / 50 Gram)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Shelled walnuts 7 Ounce (200 Grams)
  Mascarpone cheese/Cream cheese 7 Ounce (200 Grams)
  Freshly grated parmesan cheese 2 1⁄2 Ounce (60 Gram)
Directions

Melt the butter and fry the minced garlic until it is golden brown.
Chop the nuts finely and add to the garlic and butter, stir for 3 minutes then remove from the heat.
Cook the pasta, following packet directions carefully to avoid over-cooking.
Add the cream cheese to the nuts and heat gently.
Drain the pasta, toss in the grated Parmesan and transfer to a heated serving dish.
Stir in the sauce and serve at once.
