Tagliatelle Con Salsa Di Noci
|Tagliatelle||1 Pound (500 Grams)|
|Butter||2 Ounce (4 Tablespoon / 50 Gram)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm)|
|Shelled walnuts||7 Ounce (200 Grams)|
|Mascarpone cheese/Cream cheese||7 Ounce (200 Grams)|
|Freshly grated parmesan cheese||2 1⁄2 Ounce (60 Gram)|
Melt the butter and fry the minced garlic until it is golden brown.
Chop the nuts finely and add to the garlic and butter, stir for 3 minutes then remove from the heat.
Cook the pasta, following packet directions carefully to avoid over-cooking.
Add the cream cheese to the nuts and heat gently.
Drain the pasta, toss in the grated Parmesan and transfer to a heated serving dish.
Stir in the sauce and serve at once.
