|Skim milk||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Liquid butter buds/Promise ultra fat free margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Taco sauce||12 Ounce (1 Jar)|
|Canned chili beans||15 1⁄2 Ounce, undrained (1 Can, Mexican Style, Van Camp's)|
|Ground white meat skinless turkey||1⁄2 Pound|
|Canned chopped green chilies||4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Nonfat grated cheddar cheese||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Jalapeno peppers||4 Ounce, sliced (1 Small Jar)|
Heat oven to 450°F.
Spray a 14-inch pizza pan with a non-fat cooking spray (or 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan).
Sprinkle 1 Tbs.cornmeal into prepared pan.
Combine remaining 1/2 cup cornmeal, flour, baking powder, and salt.
Add milk and liquid Butter Buds; stir with fork until mixture forms a ball.
Press dough into prepared pan; shape edge to form rim.
Bake 15 minutes.
Cook ground turkey meat in microwave in a bowl, covered with waxed paper 5 minutes on high.
Remove and stir.
Cover again and cook 1-3 more minutes.
In a medium size bowl combine turkey meat, undrained beans, green chiles, and taco sauce.
Spread mixture over cooked crust.
Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
Arrange sliced jalapeno peppers on top of cheese (depending on your personal taste).
Bake 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
