Quesadillas With Tomato And Jalapeno Pepper Salsa Hot Tortillas Stuffed With Melted Cheese

Ingredients
  Chapatti 8 , made from wheat flour
  Tomato salsa/Jalapeno pepper salsa 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Grated processed cheese 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

Heat a heavy tawa or dosa pan over medium heat: add 1/2 tbsp of oil.
When hot, place one chappati on the pan.
Sprinkle with 1/4 cup of grated cheese, 1/4 cup of salsa and top with another 1/4 cup of grated cheese.
Top with a second chappati.
Cook until the cheese is melting and the bottom roti is golden brown.
Using a spatula, flip; cook until golden on both sides, and until the cheese melts inside.
