Goat Cheese Quesadillas With Green Chile Salsa

  Goat cheese 4 Ounce, softened (1 Package)
  Shredded low fat monterey jack cheese 4 Ounce (1 Cup)
  Chopped fresh cilantro 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chili powder 1 Tablespoon
  Canned red beans 15 Ounce, drained, rinsed
  Fat free flour tortillas 8 (8 Inch)
  Cooking spray 2 Tablespoon
  Green chile salsa 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)

Preheat oven to 350°.
Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl; stir well.
Spread about 3/4 cup cheese mixture over each of 4 tortillas, leaving a 1/2-inch border.
Top each with a tortilla, pressing gently.
Place quesadillas on a large baking sheet coated with cooking spray; cover with foil.
Bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until cheese melts.
Cut each quesadilla into 4 wedges, if desired.
