Corn And Capsicum Salsa

Ingredients
  American corn/Green giant tinned corn, drained 1 Cup (16 tbs), cooked in salted water
  Tomato puree 1 Teaspoon
  Ground cumin 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Red capsicum 1 Medium, seeded and finely diced
  Jalapeno chili/2 fresh green chilies 1 , chopped fine
  Onion 1⁄2 Small, finely chopped
  Coriander leaves 1 Cup (16 tbs), coarsely chopped
  Salt To Taste
  Lemon juice To Taste
Directions

Mix together tomato paste, cumin, and water.
Add corn and the remaining ingredients and salt and lemon juice to taste.
Use at once or refrigerate up to several hours.
