Beefy Tortilla Rolls

Ingredients
  Dijon mustard 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Country)
  Cream cheese 3 Ounce, softened
  Prepared horseradish 2 Teaspoon
  Chopped cilantro/Parsley 2 Teaspoon
  10 inch flour tortillas 2
  Torn spinach leaves 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Thinly sliced deli roast beef 6 Ounce
  Tomato 1 Large, cut into 8 slices
  Lettuce leaves 4
Directions

In small bowl, combine mustard, cream cheese, horseradish and cilantro.
Spread each flour tortilla with half the mustard mixture.
Top each with half the spinach leaves, roast beef and tomato slices.
Roll up each tortilla jelly-roll fashion.
Wrap each roll in plastic wrap and chill at least 1 hour.
