Ingredients
  Anaheim chilies 9 Ounce (3 Pieces)
  Firm ripe tomatoes 1 1⁄2 Pound (3 Pieces)
  Green onions 2 , ends trimmed, thinly sliced
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), peeled, pressed or minced
  Chopped cilantro 2 Tablespoon
  Minced serrano chilies 3 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

1. Rinse, stem, seed, and chop Anaheim chilies. Rinse, core, and chop tomatoes.
2. In a bowl, mix Anaheim chilies, tomatoes, onions, garlic, cilantro, and serrano chilies with salt and pepper to taste.
