Ingredients
  Mangoes 2 , peeled and diced
  Red onion 1⁄2 Large, diced
  Apple cider vinegar 2 Tablespoon (Not So Much As To Make The Recipe Too Liquid)
  Cilantro 1⁄4 Bunch (25 gm), remove and chop leaves only
  Brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Mix ingredients, taste, adjust to your preference and enjoy! The flavors of onion and mango are amazing together.
You decide how much of each ingredient depending on what you like.
You be the Iron Chef! This can be a chunky salsa depending on how fine you dice the mango and onion.
This is great on ham or chicken or just with chips.
It has a hot and spicy, sweet and sour taste.
