Mexican Pizza Nachos
|Chorizo||1 Pound (Beef / Pork)|
|Tortilla chips||14 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Bag)|
|Jack cheese||2 Cup (32 tbs), grated|
|Canned chopped green chiles||14 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Sour cream||2 Tablespoon (1 Can)|
Fry chorizo; drain off grease.
Arrange chips on baking sheet; top with cooked chorizo; sprinkle on cheese and green chiles.
Place in broiler and heat until all of the cheese is hot and melted.
Top with dollops of sour cream.
