Ingredients
  Cream cheese 16 Ounce (2 Package, 8 Ounce Each)
  Salsa 16 Ounce (Divided, 1 Jar)
  Taco seasoning 2 Tablespoon
  Green pepper 1 Medium, chopped
  Red onion 1 Small, chopped
  Tomato 1 Medium, seeded and chopped
  Cheese 16 Ounce, shredded (2 Cups)
  Tortilla chips 1 Cup (16 tbs) (For Serving)
Directions

Beat cream cheese.
Add 1 cup salsa; mix.
Add taco seasoning; mix.
Spread on 12-inch serving plate.
Sprinkle with green pepper, onion, and tomato.
Top with remaining salsa, sprinkle with cheese
