Ingredients
  Fresh ripe tomatoes 3 Pound, seeded, if desired, and diced
  Red onion 1 , coarsely chopped
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm), chopped
  Green bell peppers/Yellow bell peppers 2 , coarsely chopped
  Finely chopped cilantro 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Fresh)
  Cayenne pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Fresh lime juice 2 Tablespoon
  Jalapeno pepper/Chipotle chili 1 , seeded and finely chopped
Directions

Combine all the ingredients, cover, and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
