  Canned crushed tomatoes 34 Ounce (Two 17 Ounce Cans)
  Water 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Chopped jalapeno peppers 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Green onion 1 , finely chopped including 2 inches of green stem
  Finely chopped yellow onion 1 Tablespoon
  Dried cilantro 2 Teaspoon
  Crushed red pepper 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1 Teaspoon
  Dried basil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground cumin 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine the ingredients and blend thoroughly.
Let stand for several hours at room temperature and refrigerate
