Pork Mexican Style

Ingredients
  Boned pork steaks 2
  Yellow onion 1⁄2 , peeled
  Green pepper 1 , cleaned
  Peanut oil 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), sliced thin
  Ground cumin 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Oregano 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Dry sherry 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Cut the pork steaks into thin slices.
Slice up the yellow onion and green pepper.
Saute the pork quickly in oil and the garlic.
Add the onion and pepper, and continue to stir-fry.
Add the cumin and oregano.
Add salt.
At the last minute add the sherry.
