  Prepared mustard 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Finely chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Raw spinach 1 Tablespoon
  Watercress 1 Tablespoon, mixed with parsley and spinach
  Onion 1 Medium, minced
