Salsa Cruda Zapata

Ingredients
  Fresh ripe tomatoes 1 Pound, seeded and diced
  Minced sweet onion 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (Red Colored)
  Jalapeno chilies/Serrano chilies 4 , minced
  Minced cilantro 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Coriander Leaves)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Lime juice 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
Taste for seasoning and correct if necessary.
Let stand at room temperature (about 30 minutes) to develop flavors.
