Salsa Cruda Zapata

|Fresh ripe tomatoes||1 Pound, seeded and diced|
|Minced sweet onion||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (Red Colored)|
|Jalapeno chilies/Serrano chilies||4 , minced|
|Minced cilantro||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Coriander Leaves)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Lime juice||3 Tablespoon|
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
Taste for seasoning and correct if necessary.
Let stand at room temperature (about 30 minutes) to develop flavors.
