Sweet Pea Guacamole

Ingredients
  Frozen peas 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (Preferably Not The Petit Variety)
  Garlic cloves 2 Medium, peeled
  Oriental sesame oil 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Fresh lime juice 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Hot chili oil/Tabasco 3 Dash (Or To Taste)
  Chopped cilantro 3 Tablespoon
  Plain yogurt/Sour cream 3 Tablespoon (Regular, Low-Fat, Or Nonfat)
Directions

Place peas in a medium microwavesafe bowl and microwave on high (100%) until hot, 2 to 4 minutes.
In a food processor with the metal blade, mince garlic.
Add peas, sesame oil, lime juice, soy sauce, chile oil, cilantro, if using, and yogurt or sour cream.
Process until pureed, scraping sides, about 1 minute.
Transfer to a bowl and refrigerate. (Gua-camole may be refrigerated up to 2 days or frozen up to 1 month.) Bring to room temperature before serving.
