Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Combine chocolate chips with cream cheese and 1 tablespoon of sugar.
Divide mixture among the flour tortillas and spread it over one side.
Fold the tortillas in half and place on a non-stick sheet pan.
Brush lightly with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon and remaining tablespoon of sugar.
Bake in oven until golden, crispy and melted.
Cut each quesadilla in half and serve.
