Jalapeno Chicken Fajitas
|Lime juice from concentrate||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), chopped|
|Skinless boneless chicken breasts||8 Ounce|
|6 inch flour tortillas||8 , warmed|
|Processed cheese slices||8 , cut in half diagonally (Jalapeno Flavored)|
In medium bowl, combine lime juice, water and garlic; add chicken.
Marinate in refrigerator 3 to 4 hours.
Remove chicken from marinade; grill or broil as desired.
Place 2 Lite-linehalves on each tortilla.
Slice chicken diagonally into thin strips; place on tortillas.
Top with garnishes; fold tortillas.
