|Chicken||1 Large, cooked, deboned and diced|
|Cheddar cheese||1⁄2 Pound, grated|
|Onion||1 Large, chopped|
|Bell pepper||1 Large, chopped|
|Cream of mushroom soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Cream of chicken soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Rotel tomatoes||1 Can (10 oz), diced|
Preheat oven to 325°.
Cut up tortillas.
In large bowl, mix onion, pepper, soups and tomatoes.
Layer tortillas in bottom of large casserole, then add soup mixture, chicken and cheese; repeat, ending with cheese on top.
Bake 1 hour.
