Nutty Mexican Wedding Cakes

Ingredients
  Confectioner' s sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Margarine/Butter 1 Pound
  Flour 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 2 Teaspoon
  Walnuts 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
Directions

Preheat oven at 350 degrees.
Using an electric mixer, combine the sugar and butter.
Add the remaining ingredients.
Chill the dough for one or two hours.
Roll into 1 inch balls.
Place 2 inches apart on a greased cookie sheet.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
When the cookies are light brown, remove them from the oven.
Immediately roll the cookies in confectioner's sugar.
Cool before serving.
