Simple Fajitas

  Skinless boneless chicken 15 Ounce, cut into 1/2 inch strips
  Skinless boneless chicken/Lean pork 15 Ounce, cut into strips
  Orange juice 2 Tablespoon
  Red wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm) (Minced)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Dried oregano 1 Teaspoon (Crumbled)
  Dried oregano 1 Teaspoon, crumbled
  Ground cumin 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Seasoned salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Hot pepper sauce 1 Dash
  Olive oil 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Medium, halved and thinly sliced
  Onion 1 Medium, thinly sliced
  Bell pepper 1 Medium, cut into strips (Red/Green)
  6 inch flour tortillas 4

1. In large bowl, combine chicken, orange juice, vinegar, garlic, oregano, cumin, seasoned salt, and pepper sauce. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
2. In large nonstick skillet, heat oil. Add onion, pepper, and chicken mixture. Cook 3 to 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until chicken is cooked through.
