Red & Green Salsa
|Red bell pepper||1 Small|
|Coarsely chopped fresh coriander||60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)|
|Green onions||3 , thinly sliced|
|Fresh jalapeno||2 , seeded, minced|
|Fresh lime juice||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Salt||1⁄4 Teaspoon (1 Milliliter)|
1. Cut bell pepper lengthwise in half; remove and discard seeds and veins. Cut halves lengthwise into thin slivers; cut slivers crosswise into halves.
2. Combine all ingredients in small bowl; mix well. Let stand, covered, at room temperature to blend flavors, 1 to 2 hours.
