Spicy Tomato Salsa

Ingredients
  Plum tomatoes 1 1⁄2 Pound, seeded and diced
  Finely diced red onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Jalapeno 1 , stemmed, seeded and finely diced
  Chopped fresh cilantro 1 Tablespoon
  Cumin 1 Teaspoon
  Creole seasoning 1 Teaspoon
  Cracked black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Lime 1 , juiced
Directions

Combine all ingredients in a medium-sized bowl.
Refrigerate to allow flavors to blend.
