Ingredients
  Black beans 2 Cup (32 tbs), drained, rinsed
  Frozen corn kernels 1 Cup (16 tbs), thawed
  Plum tomatoes 2 , diced
  Red onion 1⁄2 , minced
  Serrano pepper To Taste, minced
  Chopped fresh cilantro 1 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm), minced
  Lime juice 6 Tablespoon (Juice Of 2 Limes)
  Balsamic vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Cumin 1 Teaspoon
  Hot pepper sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Creole seasoning 1 Teaspoon
Directions

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
Allow to marinate at least one hour before serving.
