  Cooking oil 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  10 inch flour tortillas 4
  Frozen mixed vegetables 10 Ounce (1 Package)
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Chili powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Iceberg lettuce head 1 Small, shredded
  Tomato 1 Large, chopped
  Shredded processed sharp american cheese 4 Ounce (1 Cup)
  Creamy french salad dressing 1 Tablespoon
  Taco sauce 2 Tablespoon

Heat 1/4 inch cooking oil in heavy skillet on top of range.
Fry tortillas, one at a time, in hot oil for 20 to 40 seconds on each side or till crisp.
Drain on paper toweling; keep warm.
Meanwhile, cut 2 slits in package of frozen vegetables.
Cook at HIGH for 8 to 10 minutes.
In bowl, combine ground beef, onion, garlic, chili powder, and salt.
Cook at HIGH for 5 minutes, stirring 3 times.
Drain excess fat.
Place tortillas in center of dinner plates.
Layer in order: meat, mixed vegetables, lettuce, tomato, and cheese.
Pass salad dressing and taco sauce.
