Mexican Meat Balls

Ingredients
  Ground beef 250 Gram
  Ground pork 250 Gram
  Egg 1 , slightly beaten
  Fine dry bread crumbs 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoons)
  Salt 1 Milliliter (1/4 Teaspoon)
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Garlic clove 1 Large, minced
  Chili powder 10 Milliliter (2 Teaspoons)
  Oregano leaves 2 Milliliter, crushed (1/2 Teaspoon)
  Shortening 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Condensed tomato soup 1 Can (10 oz) (284 Milliliters)
  Water 125 Milliliter
  Finely chopped onion 75 Milliliter
  Cooked rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Combine beef, pork, egg, bread crumbs, salt and pepper.
Shape into 16 meatballs.
In frying pan, brown meatballs with garlic, chili powder and oregano in shortening.
Stir in soup, water and onion.
Cover; cook over low heat 20 minutes or until done.
Stir occasionally.
