Nachos, A Complete Mexican One-Dish Meal

ONEMAN SHOW describes a MEXICAN A quick microwave meal, that can be nutritive,spicy, creative and flavorful. Utilizing common ingredients in your pantry or refrigerator.
  Corn tortilla chips 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cottage cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), shredded
  Cream cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), shredded
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Beans/Cooked meat 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Green bell pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Green onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped finely
  Red onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Tomato 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Olives 6
  Salsa 2 Tablespoon
  Cilantro 1⁄6 Cup (2.67 tbs), chopped finely

1. In a plate, layer corn tortilla chips. Make more layers with cream cheese, cottage cheese, beans, green bell pepper, parmesan cheese, green onion, red onion, tomato and olives.
2. Pour salsa over the vegetables and cheese. Garnish with cilantro.
3. Microwave the dish at level 10 for 2 minutes or until the cheeses are melt.

4. Serve the Mexican Nachos Meal with more salsa and enjoy!
