Nachos, A Complete Mexican One-Dish Meal
|Corn tortilla chips||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cottage cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), shredded|
|Cream cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), shredded|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Beans/Cooked meat||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Green bell pepper||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
|Green onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped finely|
|Red onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
|Tomato||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
|Cilantro||1⁄6 Cup (2.67 tbs), chopped finely|
1. In a plate, layer corn tortilla chips. Make more layers with cream cheese, cottage cheese, beans, green bell pepper, parmesan cheese, green onion, red onion, tomato and olives.
2. Pour salsa over the vegetables and cheese. Garnish with cilantro.
3. Microwave the dish at level 10 for 2 minutes or until the cheeses are melt.
4. Serve the Mexican Nachos Meal with more salsa and enjoy!
